Ingredients
2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 160 g (about 5.6 oz) pre-minced pork, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 package crispy salted rice crackers.
Seasonings
3/4 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon sugar, sesame oil and white pepper to taste, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, 1 tablespoon water.
Sauce
water 1/4 cup, ketchup 3 tablespoons, salt 1/4 teaspoon, sugar 1 tablespoon, light soy sauce 2 teaspoons, cornstarch 1 teaspoon.
Instructions
1. Dice the tomatoes and onion. Mix the minced pork with the seasonings and marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Place the crispy rice in the oven and reheat over medium heat for 2 minutes, or briefly deep-fry in hot oil, then transfer to a serving plate.
3. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil, stir-fry the pork until fragrant, add minced garlic and onion and sauté, then add tomatoes and the sauce mixture, stirring well, and cook until thickened; transfer to a deep dish and serve with the crispy rice cakes on the side.
