Ingredients
300 g (about 10 oz) fresh Chinese broccoli (gai lan)
Seasonings
Dressing or mayonnaise and salad oil, each to taste.
Instructions
1. Wash the broccoli rabe, blanch it in hot water, then remove and cool under cold water. Drain well and set aside.
2. Cut the blanched Chinese broccoli into long sections, arrange them on a plate, drizzle with a little salad oil, and squeeze mayonnaise on top.
