Ingredients

Chicken wing middle sections 500 g (about 1 lb), bok choy 250 g (about 8 oz), water 200 g (about 3/4 cup).

Seasonings

300 g (about 10.5 oz) oil, 40 g (about 3 tablespoons) oyster sauce, 25 g (about 6 slices) ginger, 20 g (about 1.5 tablespoons) sugar, 20 g (about 1.5 tablespoons) soy sauce, 20 g (about 3-4 stalks) scallion segments, 5 g (about 1 teaspoon) salt, 1 g (about 1/4 teaspoon) MSG.

Instructions

1. Marinate the chicken wings in soy sauce for 5 minutes, then deep-fry until golden brown and remove.
