Rice Noodle Rolls

Ingredients

1000 g (about 2.2 lbs) cornstarch, 200 g (about 7 oz) chestnut flour, 2 cilantro sprigs.

Seasonings

Salt to taste, 100 g (about 3.5 oz) chili sauce.

Instructions

1. Mix the starch with warm water to form a paste, then add the chestnut flour and salt, gradually adding more water while kneading until smooth, and let it rest for 2 hours.

2. Roll the dough into a long strip, divide it into pieces, then press each piece into a flat wrapper and roll it up into a cylinder.

3. Place in the steamer and let rest for 2-3 minutes, then steam over high heat with boiling water for about 15 minutes. Once out of the steamer, sprinkle with chili sauce and garnish with cilantro before serving.
