Stir-Fried Baby Clams

Ingredients

300 g (about 10.5 oz) of baby clams

Seasonings

Green chili peppers, MSG, oil, chopped scallions, Sichuan pepper oil, and sesame oil, each to taste.

Instructions

1. Wash the baby clams thoroughly.

2. Heat oil in a wok, add chopped scallions and clams, stir-fry until the clams are about 80% done, then add green chili peppers and continue stir-frying until the clams open, indicating they are cooked, then add MSG, Sichuan pepper oil, and sesame oil, stir briefly, and remove from heat.
