Ingredients
Lean pork 200 g (about 7 oz), half a red bell pepper, and water as needed.
Seasonings
Light soy sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch, oil, salt, sugar, sesame oil, and scallions, all to taste.
Instructions
1. First, mix 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, and 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch with a drizzle of oil to make a sauce; then slice the lean pork into thin strips, toss with the sauce mixture, and set aside; wash the scallions and cut them into diagonal sections; wash the red bell pepper, remove the seeds, and slice into strips, setting aside.
2. Heat the wok until very hot, add 2 tablespoons of oil and stir-fry the white parts of the scallions until fragrant. Add the shredded pork and cooking wine, then stir in the remaining scallion segments, the prepared sauce mixture, and the shredded red bell pepper. Toss everything together until well combined and serve immediately.
