Ingredients
500 g (about 1 lb) daikon radish, 15 g bitter apricot kernels, 250 g (about 9 oz) beef lung.
Instructions
1. Cut the radish into chunks; peel and remove the tips from the almonds.
2. Blanch the beef lung in boiling water, then stir-fry over high heat with ginger juice and cooking wine until cooked through.
3. Add an appropriate amount of water to an earthenware pot, then add the beef lung, radish, and almonds, and cook until done.
