Ingredients
50 g scallions (about 1 large bunch), 4 pig trotters.
Seasonings
Salt to taste.
Instructions
1. Remove any hairs from the pig trotters, wash them clean, and score the skin with a knife.
2. Cut the scallions into sections, place them in a pot with the pig trotters, add water to cover and a pinch of salt, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a low simmer and cook until tender and fully done.
