Ingredients
400 g shrimp, 400 g chicken breast.
Seasonings
Salt, MSG (or chicken bouillon), rice wine, cornstarch, and white pepper, all to taste.
Instructions
1. Devein the shrimp, then finely chop them. Mix with salt, MSG, wine, cornstarch, and pepper until well combined. Lightly season the chicken breast with salt.
2. Lightly dust the chicken breast with potato starch, place the shrimp mixture on top, then fry in hot oil over medium-low heat until golden brown. Remove, drain, and cut into pieces.
