Shredded Squid with Shredded Pork

Ingredients

150 g squid, 100 g shredded pork, 30 g each of bell pepper strips and winter bamboo shoot strips.

Seasonings

Salt 2 g, MSG 2 g, soy sauce 3 g, cooking wine 5 g, oil 30 g, water starch and sesame oil to taste.

Instructions

1. Shred the squid and blanch it in boiling water, then coat the shredded pork with cornstarch.

2. Heat oil in a wok over high heat, add the shredded pork and stir-fry until separated, then drain off excess oil.

3. Leave a small amount of oil in the wok, add the shredded squid and shredded pork, then add the shredded bell pepper, shredded winter bamboo shoots, and seasonings, stir-fry everything together, thicken with a cornstarch slurry, drizzle with a little oil and sesame oil, then remove from the wok. This dish has a fresh, bright color and a delicious, savory flavor.
