Deer Antler Three Treasures

Ingredients

20 g deer antler velvet, 250 g each of water-soaked shark fin, water-soaked sea cucumber, dried scallops, and chicken breast, with egg whites and clear broth to taste.

Seasonings

Salt 5 g (about 1 tsp), cooking wine 10 g (about 2 tsp).

Instructions

1. Wash the deer antler velvet and dried scallops, then steam them with seasonings.

2. Blanch the sea cucumber and shark fin in boiling water until fully cooked, then mince the chicken breast and mix it with egg whites and seasonings.

3. Arrange the shark fin, sea cucumber, scallops, chicken meatballs, and deer antler in a steam pot, add clear broth and seasonings, then steam for 1 hour until done. This dish, known as "Three Treasures with Deer Antler," is a seasonal winter delicacy that is both nourishing and easy to digest.
