Pan-Seared Prawns

Ingredients

450 g (about 1 lb) large prawns or jumbo shrimp.

Seasonings

7 g salt, 20 g cooking wine, 8 g soy sauce, 10 g sugar, 200 g oil.

Instructions

1. Remove the whiskers and legs from the prawns, cut each prawn in half crosswise, and marinate with salt for 10 minutes.

2. Heat oil in a frying pan until hot, add the shrimp pieces and fry repeatedly until cooked through, then add cooking wine, sugar, and soy sauce, stir to combine, and remove from the pan.
