Instructions
1. First, wash the chicken wings, prick small holes in them, marinate with salt and cooking wine, then brush a layer of honey on the skin.
2. Add peanut oil to a frying pan and microwave on high for 2 minutes, then place the chicken wings in the hot oil and fry for 3 minutes on each side, remove and arrange on a serving plate.
3. After slaughtering the soft-shelled turtle, clean it thoroughly, reserve the shell, and chop the meat into pieces. Place in a bowl, add scallion segments, ginger slices, cooking wine, salt, and vinegar, cover, and microwave on high power for 15 minutes. Remove, arrange in the center of the chicken wings, top with the turtle shell, strain the cooking liquid, stir in a cornstarch slurry, microwave for 1 minute, then pour over the dish. This dish features rich, aromatic chicken paired with tender, fresh turtle meat, creating a unique and flavorful combination.
