200 g carrots, 100 g each of celery and napa cabbage.

Instructions
1. Wash the carrots, cut into 3 cm (about 1.2 inch) long strips, blanch in boiling water, and place in a small bowl; wash the celery, remove the leaves and root ends, cut into 3 cm (about 1.2 inch) pieces, and add to the bowl; wash the cabbage, first cut into 3 cm (about 1.2 inch) sections, then slice lengthwise into strips, and add to the bowl.
2. Then sprinkle with salt, add a splash of baijiu (Chinese liquor), mix well, cover, and let marinate for 24 hours before serving. This dish is vibrant and visually appealing, with a rich, savory flavor, and is packed with beta-carotene, vitamin C, and various nutrients.
