Instructions
1. Rinse the corn kernels; dice both the red and green bell peppers into small cubes.
2. Heat a wok over high heat, add peanut oil and heat until it reaches 70-80% hot, then add the corn kernels and salt, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes. Add a small amount of water and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, then add the diced bell peppers and stir-fry briefly. Finally, add sugar and MSG, stir-fry until evenly combined, and transfer to a plate. This dish features tender, sweet corn paired with bell peppers, creating an appealing color combination that stimulates the appetite.
