300 g napa cabbage heart, 100 g hawthorn berries.
Seasonings
100 g (about 3.5 oz) sesame paste, sugar to taste.
Instructions
1. Wash the napa cabbage heart, cut it into thin shreds, and place in a bowl; wash the hawthorn berries, remove the pits, slice thinly, and add to the same bowl.
2. Thin the sesame paste with cool boiled water, pour it over the cabbage, add sugar, mix well, and transfer to a serving plate.
