Ingredients
250 g (about 2 cups) cooked rice, 50 g (about 1.75 oz) cooked beef.
Seasonings
A pinch each of fine salt, MSG, white pepper, and soy sauce, 30 g (about 2 tablespoons) each of all-purpose flour and butter, and 100 g (about 1/2 cup) beef broth.
Steps
1. Place the pot over heat, bring the beef broth to a boil, then let it cool slightly. Add butter and flour, stirring to form a thin paste. Season with soy sauce, salt, pepper, and MSG to taste. Return to heat and bring to a boil again to create the sauce.
2. Finely chop the cooked beef, stir it into the broth-based sauce, bring to a boil over heat, then immediately pour the hot mixture over the rice in the serving dish.
