Papaya Coconut Milk Rice

Rice, purple rice, papaya, kiwi, dragon fruit, and pineapple, each to taste.

Salt, sugar, water starch, and milk, each to taste.

Steps

1. Rinse the white rice and purple rice until clean, place in a container, stir in milk, let soak for 2 hours, then steam for 20 minutes and remove.

2. Wash the kiwi, dragon fruit, and pineapple separately, then dice them; cut the papaya in half, remove the seeds, steam for 5 minutes, and take it out.

3. Fill the papaya with the steamed rice and sprinkle with assorted diced fruit.

4. Place a clean pot over heat, add the milk and bring to a boil, then season with salt and sugar, thicken with a cornstarch slurry, and pour the sauce over the rice before serving.
