Fresh Fish Fried Rice

Seasonings

200 g (about 2 cups) cooked white rice, 50 g (about 1/3 cup) small silver fish, 1 egg, a small amount of green beans.

Chopped scallions, a pinch of MSG and white pepper each, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons vegetable oil.

Steps

1. Rinse the small silver fish, blanch them in boiling water until cooked through, then drain and set aside.

2. Cut the green beans into small slices, blanch them in boiling water, then remove and drain; crack the eggs into a bowl and beat until smooth.

3. Heat oil in a wok until hot, pour in the beaten eggs and stir-fry until just set, add chopped scallions and white rice and stir briefly, then add silverfish, green bean slices, salt, MSG, and pepper, and stir-fry everything together until well combined.
