
Ingredients
150 g cooked rice, 25 g wild mountain greens, and 25 g shiitake mushrooms.
Seasonings
Chopped scallions, minced scallions and ginger to taste, salt, MSG, and pepper to taste, 1/2 tablespoon each of soy sauce and cooking wine, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Steps
1. Rinse and trim the wild mountain greens, cut them into small sections, and blanch briefly in boiling water; soak the small shiitake mushrooms in warm water until softened, rinse clean, then mix with minced scallion, minced ginger, and cooking wine, and steam until fully tender.
2. Heat oil in a wok over high heat, then add chopped scallions and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the cooked rice, wild mountain vegetables, and shiitake mushrooms, stir-frying briefly, then add soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, MSG, and pepper, stirring until well combined, then transfer to a plate and serve.
