Char Siu Fried Rice with Assorted Vegetables

Seasonings

150 g (about 1 1/3 cups) cooked white rice, 100 g (about 3.5 oz) lean pork, 1 egg, and appropriate amounts of Chinese BBQ pork (char siu), rehydrated wood ear mushrooms, imitation crab sticks, and Chinese broccoli (gai lan).

Seasonings

A little minced green onion, a little minced ginger, a little salt, a little MSG (or to taste), 1 teaspoon Shaoxing wine, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.

Steps

1. Rinse the pork, cut it into shreds, and stir-fry with vegetable oil, cooking wine, soy sauce, and sugar until cooked through; spread the eggs into a thin omelet, then slice into shreds; shred the char siu, wood ear mushrooms, and imitation crab sticks; slice the Chinese broccoli and blanch in boiling water.

2. Heat a small amount of oil in a wok over high heat. First, add the shredded pork, egg crepe, char siu, wood ear mushrooms, imitation crab, Chinese broccoli, minced scallions, and minced ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant. Then, add the white rice, salt, and MSG, and stir-fry until everything is well combined. Serve immediately in a bowl.
