Ingredients
250 g (about 1/2 lb) raw peanuts
Seasonings
500 ml peanut oil (about 75 ml will be absorbed), 1 egg, 60 g flour, 50 g sugar.
Instructions
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat until smooth, then add flour and a little water to make a batter; add the washed peanuts to the batter, stir in sugar, and mix well.
2. Heat peanut oil in a wok to 350°F (medium-high), then use chopsticks to gently drop the batter-coated peanut pieces into the oil; fry over medium-low heat until they turn an amber color, then remove and let cool before serving.
