Ingredients
50 g dried shrimp, 250 g cauliflower.
Seasonings
Salt, soy sauce, chopped scallions, and vegetable oil, all to taste.
Instructions
1. Soak the dried shrimp in warm water until softened; wash the cauliflower and break it into small florets.
2. Heat oil in a wok over high heat, sauté the chopped scallions until fragrant, then add the cauliflower and stir-fry a few times. Add salt, soy sauce, dried shrimp, and the water used to soak the shrimp, and cook until the cauliflower is well-flavored, then remove from the wok and serve.
