Candied Kiwi in Rock Sugar Syrup

Ingredients

350 g (about 12 oz) kiwifruit

Seasonings

To taste rock sugar.

Instructions

1. Wash the kiwifruit, peel them, and cut into pieces. Set aside.

2. Place the kiwi chunks in a bowl, add rock sugar to taste, and steam until the fruit is tender and soft; remove and serve.
