Dried Shrimp and Cilantro Salad

Ingredients

50 g dried shrimp, 350 g fresh cilantro.

Seasonings

Soy sauce, MSG, and sesame oil, each to taste.

Instructions

Wash the cilantro thoroughly, remove any impurities, blanch it in boiling water, then remove, rinse, drain, squeeze out excess water, and chop finely into a serving dish. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and MSG, top with dried shrimp, and toss everything together just before serving.
