Ingredients
100 g fatty pork, 60 g egg yolks.
Seasonings
100 g sugar, 75 g all-purpose flour, a small amount of banana extract, 1000 ml vegetable oil (about 75 ml will be absorbed).
Instructions
1. First, boil the pork in water until half-cooked, then remove and let cool before cutting into small diced pieces. Mix with egg yolks and flour, stirring well to form the filling.
2. Heat oil in a wok over low heat, then add the small meatballs made from the filling and fry until golden brown. Remove and drain the oil. Pour white sugar into a wok, add a little more sugar, banana essence, and water, then cook the sugar into a syrup. When the syrup is almost ready to form threads, add the fried meatballs to the wok and gently stir with a spatula until each meatball is evenly coated with the syrup. Serve immediately on a plate.
