Ingredients
200 g cooked pork liver and 200 g spinach.
Seasonings
Salt, MSG, soy sauce, white pepper, and lard, each to taste.
Instructions
1. Slice the pork liver into small thin pieces; pick over and wash the spinach, blanch it in boiling water, drain, and cut into sections.
2. Place the pot over heat, add lard and heat until hot, then add the pork liver and stir-fry for a moment. Add salt and soy sauce and continue stir-frying. Pour in enough water to cover, bring to a boil, then add the spinach segments and bring to a boil again. Add MSG and sprinkle with white pepper, then serve.
