Cabbage with Tomato

Ingredients

300 g Chinese cabbage heart, 100 g tomato paste.

Seasonings

60 g (about 2 oz) white sugar, 30 ml (about 2 tablespoons) rice vinegar, 10 g (about 1 tablespoon) shredded scallions, and sesame oil to taste.

Instructions

1. Wash the cabbage heart, cut it into thin shreds, and arrange on a plate. Then pour the tomato sauce over the shredded cabbage and set aside.

2. Just before serving, add sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, and shredded scallions, then toss everything together until well combined.
