Ingredients
250 g (about 1/2 lb) pork liver, 100 g (about 1 cup) sesame seeds, egg whites as needed.
Seasonings
Ginger (minced), flour, vegetable oil, salt, and scallion (minced), all to taste.
Instructions
1. Rinse the sesame seeds thoroughly; wash the pork liver and slice it thinly; mix together egg white, flour, salt, minced scallion, and minced ginger, then dip the liver slices in the batter and coat them evenly with sesame seeds.
2. Heat the pan over high heat, add vegetable oil and heat until it reaches about 70% hot (350°F/175°C), then add the sesame-coated pork liver and deep-fry until cooked through, remove from the pan and plate.
