Ingredients
500 g fresh broad beans (about 1 lb), 250 g milk (about 1 cup).
Seasonings
Sugar to taste.
Instructions
1. Remove any impurities from the fava bean pods, wash them, add water to just cover the beans, boil until tender and mushy, then add sugar and bring to a boil to dissolve it, pour into a container to cool, then refrigerate until chilled.
2. Bring the milk to a boil in a pot, then pour it into a bowl to cool.
3. When ready to serve, take out the bean paste and pour the milk over it before eating.
