Chicken Liver with Bok Choy

Ingredients

150 g chicken livers, 250 g bok choy.

Seasonings

Salt, cooking wine, MSG, chopped scallions, shredded ginger, and lard, all to taste.

Instructions

1. Clean the chicken livers by removing any impurities, blanch them in boiling water to remove blood foam, then rinse and boil until fully cooked; clean the bok choy, trim, and cut into sections.

2. Heat oil in a wok until hot, add scallions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add chicken livers, salt, MSG, and enough water to braise until the livers are well-flavored, add bok choy and stir-fry until everything is seasoned through, then remove from the wok and serve.
