Crispy Sugar-Coated Peanuts

Ingredients

1 egg, 250 g (about 1/2 lb) raw peanuts.

Additional Ingredients

A small amount of flour, and sugar and peanut oil, each to taste.

Instructions

1. Sort and wash the peanuts; crack the egg into a bowl, add a small amount of flour and water to make a batter, then add the peanuts and sugar, and mix well.

2. Place the pan over heat, add peanut oil and heat until hot, then deep-fry the batter-coated peanuts until they turn amber-colored, remove them, and let cool before serving.
