Ingredients
150 g oyster meat, 100 g rehydrated kelp, and meat broth as needed.
Seasonings
Seasonings: cooking wine, salt, MSG, ginger slices, and lard, each to taste.
Instructions
1. Clean the oysters, soak them in hot water until they plump up, then remove any impurities, rinse, and place in a bowl; let the soaking water settle, pour the clear liquid into another bowl, and steam the oysters together with this water in a steamer for 1 hour; rinse the kelp thoroughly and cut it into thin strips.
2. Heat lard in a pot until hot, add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant, splash in cooking wine, add meat broth and salt, then add the oysters and shredded kelp and cook for a while, season with MSG and serve.
