Sour and Spicy Pork Blood Soup

Ingredients

250 g pig blood curd (blood tofu), 100 g lean pork.

Seasonings

Salt, MSG, cooking wine, soy sauce, vinegar, chopped scallions, shredded ginger, minced garlic, ground white pepper, and lard, all to taste.

Instructions

1. Rinse the blood tofu and cut into small cubes; wash the pork and mince it, then place in a bowl and mix with cooking wine and soy sauce.

2. Heat the wok over high heat, add scallions, ginger, and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant. First, add the pork and stir-fry until cooked through, then add the blood tofu. Pour in an appropriate amount of water, along with cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, and vinegar, and bring to a simmer until the flavors meld. Add a pinch of MSG, sprinkle in white pepper, and serve immediately.
