Ingredients
250 g walnut kernels and 250 ml milk.
Seasonings
Agar 10 g (about 1/3 oz), sugar to taste.
Instructions
1. Remove any impurities from the walnuts, rinse them clean, then dry-fry in a pan over low heat until fragrant and toasted. Grind them into a fine paste, then pour the milk into the walnut paste and stir until well combined.
2. Dissolve the agar-agar in a pot, then add milk, walnut paste, sugar, and some water, stirring to combine. Bring to a boil, then strain the mixture while hot into a dish. Let it cool, then refrigerate until set. Cut into diamond shapes, arrange on a plate, and serve.
