Steps
1. Clean and prepare the prawns; make two-colored noodles using eggs and flour.
2. Cook the two types of raw noodle dough separately in boiling water until done, drain them, and place in a bowl with the yellow noodles on one side and the white on the other; then blanch the shrimp crackers in the noodle cooking water until cooked, remove and drain.
3. Return the clean pot to high heat, add the clear broth and bring to a boil. Add the cooked shrimp slices, soy sauce, salt, and MSG, then bring to a boil again. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro, pour the broth over the noodles in the bowl, and serve immediately.
