1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, a pinch of white pepper, 1 tablespoon beef broth, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice wine, and 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Steps
1. Halve the cherry tomatoes; cut celery, green bell pepper, and red chili pepper into strips; slice the onion into rings; cook the spaghetti until al dente, then toss with oil to prevent sticking.
2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. First, stir-fry the shredded onion briefly, then add salt, sugar, pepper, beef broth, ketchup, soy sauce, and rice wine. Bring to a boil, then add the spaghetti and toss until well-coated and flavorful. Finally, add the tomato, celery, green bell pepper, and red chili pepper, stir-frying until just combined. Serve immediately.
