Scallion Lamb Stir-Fried Noodles

Ingredients

400 g (about 14 oz) noodles, 200 g (about 7 oz) lamb.

Seasonings

Shredded scallions, shredded ginger, and sliced garlic, all a small amount; salt, MSG, soy sauce, cooking wine, and vegetable oil, each to taste.

Steps

1. Wash the lamb and cut it into thin strips.

2. Cook the noodles in boiling water until done, then drain and rinse under cold water, and drain thoroughly.

3. Place a wok over high heat, add oil and heat until hot. First, add the shredded lamb and stir-fry quickly for a moment, then add ginger shreds, garlic slices, scallion shreds, and soy sauce, stir-frying until fragrant. Next, add the cooked noodles, cooking wine, salt, and MSG, tossing everything together until well combined. Transfer to a plate and serve.
