Noodles with Shredded Pork, Dry-Style

Seasonings

500 g cooked noodles (about 1 lb), 40 g cooked pork shreds, 10 g dried shrimp, cucumber shreds and preserved Chinese toon tips to taste.

Seasonings

Salt, MSG, sesame paste, soy sauce, aromatic vinegar, sesame oil, and cold clear broth, each to taste.

Steps

1. Soak the dried shrimp in warm water until softened; cook the noodles, then rinse them under cold boiled water, drain well, and divide between two bowls.

2. Place soy sauce in a bowl, add salt, aromatic vinegar, MSG, sesame oil, and cold clear broth, stirring to combine into a sauce, then pour over the noodles in a bowl. Top the noodles with cooked shredded pork, cucumber shreds, preserved Chinese toon tips, dried shrimp, and sesame paste, and toss everything together before serving.
