Stir-fried Noodles with Shredded Pork and Wolfberries

Ingredients

500 g (about 1 lb) noodles, 200 g (about 7 oz) shredded pork, 20 g (about 2 tablespoons) goji berries, 100 g (about 3.5 oz) shredded winter bamboo shoots.

Seasonings

soy sauce 1 tablespoon, cooking wine, salt, sugar, clear broth, and lard all to taste.

Steps

1. Wash the goji berries and drain well, cook the noodles until done, then separate them.

2. Heat a wok over high heat, add lard and heat until hot, then stir-fry the shredded pork until it changes color. Add shredded winter bamboo shoots, goji berries, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, MSG, and clear broth, bring to a boil, then add the cooked noodles and toss everything together until well combined.
