1000 g (about 2.2 lbs) all-purpose flour, soybean sprouts and shredded cucumber to taste.

A small amount of sliced garlic, salt, MSG, sesame paste, chili oil, and spicy broad bean paste each.
Steps
1. Add salt and water to the flour as needed, knead into a dough, then press into thick noodles (gela tiao), cook in boiling water until done, drain and rinse under cold water.
2. Remove both ends of the soybean sprouts, wash them, blanch in boiling water until cooked, drain and rinse under cold water, then drain again; mix together MSG, sesame paste, chili oil, garlic slices, spicy broad bean paste, and salt to create the seasoning sauce.
3. Place the bean sprouts, Gela noodles, and cucumber shreds in a large bowl, pour the prepared sauce over them, toss well, and serve.
