300 g noodles, 200 g spinach, and some shredded green pepper and pickled mustard tuber (zha cai) to taste.

10 g chopped scallions, 10 g minced garlic, and appropriate amounts of soy sauce, aromatic vinegar, salt, MSG, sesame oil, vegetable oil, and fresh broth to taste.
Steps
1. Wash the spinach, blanch in boiling water until cooked, remove and rinse under cold water, then cut into long sections; cook the noodles until done, rinse with cold water, and place on a plate.
2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, MSG (or to taste), sesame oil, and fresh broth, stirring until well blended to create the dressing, then pour it over the noodles.
3. Then arrange the spinach segments, pickled mustard tuber pieces, and shredded green pepper on top, add chopped scallions and minced garlic, toss everything together, and serve.
