Almond Vanilla Cake

Ingredients

250 g butter, 5 egg whites, 130 g cake flour, 50 g almond slices.

Seasonings

5 g vanilla oil, 65 g (about 1/3 cup) white sugar, 5 g baking powder.

Steps

1. In a stainless steel bowl, combine egg whites and granulated sugar, then stir until well blended to create meringue.

2. In a separate stainless steel bowl, cream together the butter and white sugar until smooth, then add the sifted cake flour and baking powder, mixing until well combined.

3. Then add the meringue, almond slices, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. Pour the batter into the mold, filling it about 70% full, and sprinkle a layer of almond slices on top.

4. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes until fully cooked through.
