
Ingredients
300 g eggs, 150 g cake flour, 50 g raisins, 15 g milk.
Seasonings
Cake stabilizer and vegetable oil, 10 g each, and 150 g (about 3/4 cup) granulated sugar.
Steps
1. Place eggs, white sugar, and cake emulsifier in a mixer and beat on low speed for 2 minutes until fluffy, then gradually pour in sifted cake flour and mix well, then switch to high speed and beat for 5 minutes, add milk, vegetable oil, and raisins, and mix until combined into a raisin cake batter.
2. Brush a baking pan with a little vegetable oil, pour in the prepared raisin batter, and bake in the oven at medium heat for about 35 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the oven, let cool, then cut into your desired shapes.
