Seasonings
300 g (about 2 1/2 cups) all-purpose flour, 3 g (about 1 teaspoon) baking powder, 60 g (about 1/2 cup) raisins, 85 g (about 1/2 cup) granulated sugar.
Seasonings
A pinch of fine salt, 60 g egg yolks, 185 g (about 1 1/2 sticks) butter.
Steps
1. Soak the raisins in brandy for 24 hours.
2. Mix the butter and sugar together, stirring for about 5 minutes. Add the egg yolks and mix well, then add the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Finally, fold in the raisins until evenly distributed.
3. Take a square mold, dust it with flour, spread the cookie dough evenly in the mold, and refrigerate for about 6 hours.
4. Remove the dough and cut into small square cookies, arrange them on a baking sheet, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 12 minutes until done.
