
Ingredients
200 g bread flour, 25 g each of egg and butter, 15 g milk powder, 3 lettuce leaves, 2 slices ham, 1 beef patty, and 1 fried egg.
Seasonings
3 g (about 1 teaspoon) white sugar, 2 g (about 1/2 teaspoon) yeast, 1 g (about 1/4 teaspoon) salt.
Steps
1. Combine bread flour, eggs, sugar, salt, milk powder, butter, yeast, and a little water to form a dough. After two rounds of proofing, shape the dough into bread rounds and bake in the oven until fully cooked. Remove and slice each bun in half horizontally.
2. Take one slice of bread, first add a few lettuce leaves, then layer on the ham slices and beef patty, followed by the fried egg, and finally top with the other half of the bread to finish.
