Mosaic Bread

Ingredients

200 g cake flour, 150 g eggs.

Seasonings

120 g butter, 100 g powdered sugar, 25 g vegetable oil, 10 g cocoa powder, 2 g baking powder, 3 drops vanilla extract.

Steps

1. Sift the flour and baking powder together, then add butter, powdered sugar, and eggs. Beat with a mixer on low speed for 5 minutes until a dough forms, then let it rest in a warm place for 10 minutes.

2. Take half of the dough and mix in cocoa powder to create a brown dough; mix the other half with vegetable oil and vanilla extract to create a yellow dough.

3. Divide the dough into small pieces, press each into a 3 cm (about 1.2 inch) square, arrange them with spacing on a greased baking sheet, flatten into mosaic cake blanks, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes until done.
