Nut Bar Cookies

Ingredients

150 g (about 1 1/4 cups) cake flour, 100 g (about 7 tablespoons) butter, 100 g (about 2 large) eggs.

Seasonings

80 g powdered sugar, 50 g peanuts, 10 g bread flour, 10 g cocoa powder, and 10 g butter.

Steps

1. Place butter and powdered sugar in a bowl and beat until smooth, then add beaten eggs and mix well. Next, add bread flour, cake flour, cocoa powder, and butter, kneading into a cookie dough. Finally, fold in crushed peanuts and knead until evenly distributed.

2. Shape the cookie dough into a log, place it on a baking sheet, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the oven and it's ready to serve.
