
Ingredients
150 g bread flour, 125 g eggs, 100 g blueberry jam, 15 g cake flour and 15 g milk powder.
Seasonings
25 g white sugar, 25 g butter, 15 g vegetable oil, 1 g bread improver, 1 g yeast, 1 g salt.
Steps
1. Combine bread flour, cake flour, milk powder, bread improver, yeast, white sugar, salt, eggs, butter, and a little warm water in a bowl, stirring to mix, then knead into a smooth dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
2. Place the proofed dough on a work surface, press it down with your palm to release the air bubbles, then knead it evenly. Divide the dough into 50 g pieces, roll each piece into a wrapper, place blueberry jam in the center, then shape it into a long oval blueberry bun. Let it undergo a second proofing (30 minutes).
3. Place the proofed blueberry bun dough on a baking sheet brushed with vegetable oil, then bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, pipe a small amount of blueberry jam on top for decoration, and serve.
