Sausage Bread

Ingredients

150 g (about 1 1/4 cups) bread flour, 100 g (about 2 large) eggs, 100 g (about 4-5) sausages.

Seasonings

15 g white sugar, 15 g milk powder, 2 g bread improver, 2 g yeast, 1 g salt.

Steps

1. Mix bread flour, milk powder, dough improver, yeast, white sugar, salt, eggs, and a little warm water into a dough, then let it ferment for 20 minutes.

2. Knead the dough until smooth, roll it into a long strip, cut it into rectangular pieces, and place in a warm spot for the second proofing (until doubled in size).

3. Place the risen dough on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes. Remove the bread, make a slit on the surface, insert the sausage, then return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
